Camera Housing

The task was to design a housing for Raspberry Pi 4, Raspberry Pi Camera v.2.1 and POE splitter from scratch.

In addition to being waterproof, the main challenge was how to provide cooling. The cooling elements in these pictures are not conventionally shown. Of the entire cooling system, there is only an aluminum plate that is used for external heat removal.

The case turned out watertight and allows complete immersion in water.

The configuration of the plastic parts allows injection molding method using for production.

McMaster Carr standard parts were chosen and included to assemble.

As the Raspberi Pi 4B model, Hasanain Shuja was used, downloaded from grabcad.
